Great Win/Loss provider

Clozd has excellent interviewers who really know how to interact with customers, probe for more information when needed, and glean useful takeaways from the interviews. My favorite part of the platform is the pull quotes they highlight from each conversation, which are easily skimmable if you just have a few minutes to look through the findings from a particular conversation or want to share the highlights with others. They are professional, responsive, and easy to work with.
