Great service to understand customer perspectives in sale engagements
The interview is able to surface key elements about why they did or did not select our option, their view of our sales teams and the competition. I like the postive and negative theme summaries that let's you quickly assess what happened in the opportunity.

Clozd has been a night and day difference for us. We get a transcript of a detailed interview conducted with the buyer. These transcripts provide the details to understand the prospect's buying process and what stood out in their minds. The transcripts are usually 3-5 pages long.
