The reports are great for two reasons: 1) coaching sales reps if part of the feedback is something the sales rep did poorly or missed in the sales process and 2) understanding why we win or loss deals and using that knowledge to adapt for the next engagement.

Incredible Insight

I love how in depth the interviews are, and the breadth of insight that is collective. The quotable UI makes it easy to hone in on specific parts of the interview that may be impactful in bite sized chunks. Email alerts straight to my inbox makes it easy for me to consume when and if I have time.
