Makes win-loss analysis accessible and easy to understand

I like that Clozd makes it easy for me to keep track of high-level win-loss themes while being able to dive into specific deals and see the exact words our buyers are using. I don't need to track down word docs for an interview transcript. All of the insights and buyer quotes from the interviews are right there.

Clozd replaced our manual win/loss interview process with our buyers.

I like that our buyers are more forthcoming when talking to Clozd than they were to us directly, and I like how much more effort goes into each interview than what we were doing previously. Overall, we get more useful information from the interviews that Clozd does than when we did it ourselves.
