The new, enhanced Clozd dashboard helps organise all these insights, they have various drill downs that help you quickly analyse the information. in addition, you can download the actual customer interview transcripts. What I like the best about Clozd is the ability to see the level of detail I need. I can use the Dashboard for high-level information about our wins and losses, then dive deeper into a competitor or deal. On the deal pages, there are handy summaries and quotes, but I can also use CTRL+F to look for specific keywords in the transcript. The transcript is edited and organized well so that it's easy to see answers to particular questions of interest.

I like the breakdown of the main reasons why we won or lost a deal, along with the frequency of those occurrences. Then being able to dive deeper into individual wins/losses to get a transcribed account of the questions and answers from the customer allows to see the nuance that could be lost in just raw data mapping.
