The people at Clozd are CX heroes. Really. They have a deep understanding of the customer, are smart and capable, and respond to all of our questions right away. Our contact has provided expert guidance on how to get at the most meaningful information for our needs. I also love the portal app where the customer interviews are centralized for everyone to access the interview detaisl on-demand.

Candidly the level of depth and detail the Clozd gets into with the clients. Their approach is non-invasive to the client, which enables candid feedback that we may not otherwise get if we engaged directly. I also like the UI they use to distill the feedback. It's clean and easy to follow.
