As previously stated, the Clozd team itself was very motivated and committed to the success of the project and their approach with the various interviews produced very detailed results. The interview transcripts showed that their staff were very adaptive in the conversations and could pivot to go "off script" when needed. Their dashboard was easy to use and provided a quick means to review each of the interviews as well as gather more macro insights into the larger project. It provided a good means to absorb the information being presented.

The greatest outcome of these Clozd interviews was identifying our true blind spots. Clozd takes a neutral stance when speaking with prospects and they are not influenced in any way to steer the discussion in a certain direction (outside of the questions your team suggests). This means we get "unfiltered feedback" from our prospects. The good, the bad, and the ugly all get extracted and put into a digestible report. The Clozd team also pulls out trends as more interviews are completed. You get a list of your strengths and weaknesses which gives you a clear path for improvements to be made (as well as reinforcing the positives your team is doing).
