Super simple and low lift on my end. I work with my CSM regularly and send over contact info and some basic data -- he does the rest. I spend an hour each quarter compliing who I want to be contacted and in return I get detailed interviews sent back to me. The data base that we've created over time is becoming more and more useful. Just last week I was able to create a report and deep dive into all interactions we had in the system about a certain issue I was researching. Very intuitive interface and helps me get right to what I'm looking for.
