Great for hosting IT trainings.

CloudShare provides web-based tools for organizing virtual images and curricula. My instructors quickly delivered the material after training. We could switch from traditional in-person training to online training in just two weeks. Their tight information technology regulations did not prevent customers from accessing the environment. Support from CloudShare has been prompt to respond to inquiries. During a CloudShare appointment, your virtual environment is configured, and a snapshot is taken. An image can be changed or updated relatively quickly. The web interface makes it easy to create class or email templates and events. To deliver your courses, you may contract with various instructors and third-party vendors. Customer support and sales personnel are responsive and honest.

Valuable tool for creating virtual environment for presentations.

Our training team finds Cloudhare's virtual machine service to be ideal. In our training sessions, we can quickly and efficiently provide an indeed stable environment to many newbies, providing our implementation managers an outstanding first experience using the product. It has also been beneficial for our team to use Cloudshare's templates to design VMs. Lastly, the customer support is outstanding. We have always encountered a professional and courteous support team at Cloudshare. You will find that these individuals go above and beyond to assist you.
