It's easy for my team to manage shared inbound SMS to our main tech support line, as well as to manage their own messages. We even have it setup for AI auto-replies in case we can't respond fast enough to an inbound message. At this point we're sending and receiving business SMS daily so it's indispensable. We can easily get to the messages in Microsoft Teams and have it setup to send email alerts if we miss a SMS. All our interactions with their customer support team have been great and we even got to preview some of their upgraded AI features.
