It's easy to integrate with BigCommerce - a bit more fiddly on custom site builds and Magento. Their live chat is great, the team are always happy to support queries and work to resolve them within the chat.

Great product, nice design features, extremely good customer service, they are quick and responsive, knowledgable and genuinely care. Compared to competitors like trust pilot I think they are very good value

I highly recommend them if you're looking to allow your community to drive what it means to be part of your brand. Working with Kai and Jacob has been a great process. Admittedly, there are always blockers when trying to implement a whole new tech stack, mainly because of the size of the client I am working with on this particular case. However, both have worked tirelessly and listened to my feedback to ultimately deliver a killer functionality that has left our client incredibly happy.
