I was having so much trouble figuring out how to install widgets into my Shopify theme, so I messaged the help centre, and straight away, Kai told me to send over the code, and it would be sorted for me. I didn't have to do anything aside from confirming where I wanted the widget placed. Honestly am happy I switched from my previous review provider to reviews.io. Any time we've needed some support, like making styling tweaks to widgets to match our team it has been lightning fast. The support team via live chat are great to deal with and we have felt supported at every step of the way. I love how easy it has been to integrate with our site, from adding widgets to creating our own reviews page, it has all been very easy and being an official Google reviews partner was a vital criteria for us. The price and contract terms are fair and we're very happy with the SEO side of things so far.
