We have really enjoyed using reviews.io on our site, the widgets are easy to set up and customise and for more technical set up and integrations, the support team is very quick to respond and offers excellent assistance.

Easy to navigate with handy tutorials when new content is added. Feedback is easy to share on widgets and has great customer service. Love the ability to have multiple review templates - we created one for each engineer so that the reviews become more personalised. We use the platform every week and have had great feedback from the reviews themselves - new customers have commented on how our reviews aided in their decision to choose us. I would recommend to others.

Our account rep Pheenix is the standout from our switch to reviews.io, she's helped us with the difficulties of switching over - especially with creative solutions for items that are unique to our business. She's proactive in helping us make use of the full system and is always available for meetings when we need her. We have more features she's showed us that we're planning on adding after the rush of BFCM and are excited to test them out and see how they raise both the value and the volume of reviews we receive. The system itself is relatively easy to navigate, and support is always prompt and helpful with any questions. The gorgias integration has been key in winning over our customer care team, as they're able to respond to reviews directly from their hub instead of needing to log in every day. They're also very happy about the ability to ask for a review to be edited after resolving any conflicts noted in reviews, which has come in very handy for customers that don't reach out with any intial complaints and instead wait for the review request.
