I have been a customer of Reviews.io for many years. When I signed up there wasn't many review platforms that were interested in SMB customers and Reviews.io were very eager to work with and help me without any contracts or large commitments on my end. At the time of adopting Reviews.io I found other competitor companies were very unscrupulous with the pricing. Their support has always been extremely responsive and helpful whenever I face an issue. A few years ago they proactively contacted me when they opened an Australian subsidiary and arranged for billing to be in my local currency which was great. Reviews.io are a smaller company and they are constantly improving their product and if you make a suggestion it feels like they take it on board rather than saying "we'll look into adding that to our roadmap".

The support team available via the chat widget really have been invaluable in assisting me in getting our reviews published on our website and explaining where we had been going wrong. I would highly recommend them as a company.

Really easy to navigate & make updates to product catalogue. Support is also very helpful and quick to respond.
