Easy to use and nice widgets for the website fast response and great advice

Our initial positive impression of Reviews.io has significantly changed over time. The platform's pricing structure is a major concern, especially for businesses with multiple stores. At $750 per month for at least one store for review syndication (sharing reviews across multiple stores for the same product), it's costly compared to competitors offering similar features for around $15 monthly. Our 3 stores, if it stays in a functional plan, will cost us $1050 total. ($750+150+150)This high cost extends to basic functionalities like sending review requests from your email. We've also encountered technical issues, such as synchronisation problems due to our use of different order status designations on our WooCommerce store, with inadequate support responses saying this is not something they support. The platform's lack of flexibility hinders our ability to adapt it to our business needs alone or make prices less prohibitive for small businesses.
