I like that you use the products in the tool that you need but you don't need to use the whole suite (or pay for it) if you won't get value from it or if you already have other systems supporting the business in that role. Customer Service is excellent and responsive. Supports us managing merit cycles across the world in an easy to use way and make a complex process much easier. Finding ways to automate and simplify processes between existing systems has been a huge win for us. We were also able to consolidate some of other systems as ChartHop got further integrated.
