Dependable, Feature-Rich Platform with Generous Free Start

It's dependable. It has all the features I need. The initial use without paying a fee is very generous. Whenever I needed help support was there and provided it in a timely manner. I've been able to integrate easily with my other platforms. Performance has been consistent. I haven't tried the AI in the platform yet. I've been able to build what I need even though I am not a programmer.

Awesome Docs, TypeScript-Friendly SDK, and Lightning-Fast Support

Awesome docs, very detailed and thorough. I also enjoy a lot using the new sdk for TypeScript: it's very friendly. And they support team is very responsible: they reply very fast, and reach out about your open issue if there's no communication in 24 hours.

User-Friendly Subscription Management with Room for Improvement

I like the ease of changing customers' plans, setting up new ones, and creating notifications for various payment reminders with Chargebee. It's very good at handling subscription cancellations and managing part or full refunds, whether those are paid out or kept as a credit. Chargebee is very user-friendly and time-efficient.
