The best part of my Channel Mechanics experinece was the assistance provided by our Customer Success Manager - Cian who was very knowledgeable and provided quick responses to any problems I encountered.
Another element wich was particulary great was the ease of use of the system when setting up the courses and quizzes in the Program Configuration. The system was also very easy to navigate and provided all the key information I needed at a glance using the dashboards.
