Working with Channel Mechanics and their PRM is a great experience. We transitioned from using spreadsheets and email to their PRM. Since their PRM is built for use in the channel rather than a PRM that was modified for the channel, our partners started using it right away. Channel Mechanics works with some of the leading companies that use channel sales so they bring a wealth of knowledge and best practices. I have used their PRM to manage MDF, deal registration, incentives, etc. Additionally, I have engaged Channel Mechanics to do custom work to help me implement and manage a non-standard channel program. From specification to launch, the custom work was done as promised.

Channel Mechanics is very knowledgeable in Channel Operations. As many of them come out of companies with personal channel experience they dont just provide a great platform, but also business insights and advice, where needed.

We use Channel Mechanics for our partner compliance tool as dashboards. Each module offers users insights into their partner business, helps them manage various program requirements, and provides data points for partners to see multiple KPIs with our company.
