Chameleon stands out from competitor with its clean and easy to use interface. We tried out a competitor but ultimately went with Chameleon due to its ease of use and more competitive price point. I like the way that it looks when it overlays on or website and how we can adjust without much trouble. The tooltips, tours and surveys are very helpful for us, and for our customers. I like that they're trying to incorporate AI into their tools - this is really important to us. It was really easy to integrate into our site, it took one of our devs a couple of hours and since then, we haven't had to use dev help at all to make the tool work, which is super helpful. Update: after using Chameleon for more than a year, it continues to be helpful and an important part of our user experience. It is so nice to have a streamlined way to share new content and features with our users through tooltips, tours and announcements...but also to have our ongoing launcher where we can have on demand training and FAQs. We're excited to continue using this and improving our user experience and overall engagement with our product.
