I find Dayforce to be extremely useful when it comes to receiving payroll support for Canada and US payroll. The strong knowledge base is available for users to access and the support team is very responsive for topics within this country. It is useful to be able to reach and get personalized assistance when an issue arrises within payroll. The portal is very easy to use and there are several guides within the Dayforce knowledge portal to be able to access information that can be implemented as a customer is working through different modules, such as payroll. I do use Dayforce to commit payroll semi-monthly and I always feel like there is something new to learn. However, it's a user friendly portal and the ease of completing payroll has become familiar to me.

The integration of all aspects of managing benefits and time in one system is a great way to work.
