Here's some points I want to tell about celoxis from my experience . a) To be accurate this software celoxis is beast when we try to manage workflow in our education managing company . b) Easy as hell software which even I a non techy guy could able to learn within few hours . C) Celoxis has also helped in budgeting of company yearly plans which is best thing D) I would say support time for solution is I think around 2-4 hrs on average which is quite good in terms of other softwares.

Onestop view for all the projects in Celoxis which give easy overview of the project status. Gantt view is must try as it is easy to visualize. Easy to assign project dependencies to the colleague to track the progress.
