Earning points by completing activities or meeting other health goals is a great and fun way to help keep me motivated and manage my health. I also like the variety of rewards that are available, which includes a good selection of gift cards and even visa prepaid card. I also find the health related articles and also the assessments that are available in the app to be very helpful and informative, which adds to its overall usefulness.
