As a developer for a number Java projects, I found the integration of Camunda into our project to be very helpful. We develop and support six major projects for processing some business requests through the chain or reviews and approvals, with tracing the status of the request and sending notifications. Beside the support for these actions, Camunda allows us to analize our processes and detect some potential bottlenecks, so we can address it. The main features we use are Camunda engine, Camunda Cockpit and Camunda Optimize (heatmap). I'd like to mention great customer support. In the past, we received many detailed responsed to resolve some implementation cases. And the work-shop provided by Camunda was most helpful.
