We integrated our BurstSMS with our CRM system which manages our daily customer approvals, quotes and invoice reminders. Our CRM holds the data and sends it to BurstSMS via Zaper which is very easy to setup and customise. BurstSMS customer support is very quick and professional when we have issues, which is very rare.

BurstSMS works as promised but it requires Zapier to integrate to our CRM

The application has no delays.Its fairly cheap to send messages using Burst SMS.Its aslo relatively simple to integrate the application with our core system inorder to send messages when payment are made and promotions for new products.
