It is very easy to navigate and offers so many features that make Property Managment much easier.
I love the Billing section; it allows vendors to be paid by either check or EFT, it holds all past invoices there for if you ever need them for your records.

Easy to use for applicants, tenants, property management, and account payable. The interface is easy to understand and navigate.

Better than Appfolio
I like the Rental Owner requests and Resident requests in Buildium for tracking everything in an organized way. I also like the various financial reports it allows you to download very quickly. I use Appfolio with a different management company but it does NOT offer either of these features so Buildium is far superior!
