How easy it is to navigate across properties and see their individual financial statements

Buildium is easy to navagate and access for owner, tenants and employees. The Support is helpful and respectful. I use Buildium every single day for 8 hours a day and I am very thankful for how easy it is to use. Buildium makes owners happy by having the rental owner statement avalible and easy to access, tenants love being able to pay and get renters insurance on their portal. It is easy to enter leases and list properties for rent. We have been using Buildium for many years and can not imagine trying to manage our properties without them!!!

Everything is just click away. No more pulling out physical file drawers and searching through papers. Easy to use. Number of features and integration of these features. Love the text communication integration.
