Buildium is the first software that I have used for my Propertry Management business, and I could not be happier! It is very user friendly, and the support has been great! Every time I expand to use another feature, I am always impressed and very happy!

As the title says, Buildium is a very good management software. It can pay my vendors, collect rent/payments from tenants and collect & pay landlords all directly from the system. However, my purpose for rating it a 8star is because I cannot refund held deposits back to tenants. As I know this feature is in progress, I cannot wait until it is implemented. Lastly, Buildium in terms of financial support, is limited in nature. It would be 10/10 if I had the ability to connect a accounting software to Buildium.

As one who writes up a lot of leases, having a flexible e-signature process has worked very well for us. Easy to add additional PDFs and Word documents, and mark the appropriate fields.
