When I have back to back to back intro calls with new candidates, I can very easily go back and figure out who said what! This is so optimal in the chaos of quickly growing companies with a wildly high number of interviews a week. Also, I can stay so engaged with candidates versus having to take notes, and built that better initial candidate experience.

Ability to re-watch interviews when completing my scorecards, and watch other interviewers for training purposes. Also, not having to type notes throughout the duration of the interview allows me to focus more on what the candidate is saying.
