I've used BrightHire for interviewing people interested in Accrue. It is super important that we hire the right people as we build a product, team, business and company and BrightHire helps us do that. I am not good note-taking or recollecting conversations with precision, I rely on bright hire to help me revisit conversations and identify strengths and weaknesses that I might have missed during the interview As a team we review each others interviews to make sure following interviewers can cover areas that were missed in previous conversations.

1. It helps me stay in the moment in the interview. I don't have to take notes, and I know I can easily go back and review any portion of the conversation later. This is especially helpful with a lot of back-to-back interviews where things can start to blur together in a busy day. Helps avoid going off gut feel (bias) or incomplete notes and it doesn't take long to do any review later because it's easy to jump to a particular moment in the conversation. Really helped us scale up our intensive Recalc Finance Accelerator interview process (happens in a compressed time period multiple times per year). 2. It's made it way easier to collaborate as a team on interviewing. We can all review the same conversation and be operating off of the same context (also helps with getting up to speed for anyone who is newer to interviewing for a given role). We can dive deeper into new topics in follow-on conversations with a candidate. 3. It is super easy to use. Onboarding was a breeze and we were using the product seamlessly pretty much immediately.
