Brex is wonderful! It's provided a user-friendly interface that is intuitive and easy to navigate. The implementation process is straightforward and well-documented, allowing us to help our team setup trainings and meetings easily while also providing support for us every week. Speaking of, the customer support is excellent, with responsive and knowledgeable assistance available through chat, email, and phone. Brex's comprehensive features and ease of use make it an all-in-one tool for managing expenses, corporate cards, rewards programs, and integrations like QBO and ADP, allowing us to streamline our financial processes. The fact they have all of this and a travel platform makes them the best compared to all their other competitors. We've done our homework with people like Bill.com, TravelBank, Ramp, Expensify, and others; Brex is leagues above it's competitors, and KLAS is lucky to work with Brex. I'm so glad Brex is where it's at now, and I hope that it continues to grow and maintain its innovation. edit: I don't know if you've seen their IT security page, but as an accountant, it warms my heart to see how protective and proactive they are about information security.
