The speed that Blackpoint responds to alerts is second to none. Covering the local network and Microsft 365 accounts 24/7 helps me sleep better at night.

I love that Blackpoint isn't just someone you can call when something goes wrong. They're proactive and always available for questions or advice. Our internal security team frequently consults with Blackpoint throughout the day on security advisories and how to best handle them. Additionally, Blackpoint handling the actual response and detainment of machines instead of just spamming alerts is what makes them a true outlier.

The solution is extremely powerful yet extremely simplistic to deploy. As a pre-sales architect, I appreciate how easy the process is from standing up a trial, deploying it for my customers, then converting these trials to a paid subscription. I have not come across any other vendors that make it this easy! The post sales support is fantastic as well however it's not likely you will be talking to them much.
