BlackPoint just works, simple to deploy, and simple to manage. On multiple accounts, BlackPoint has prevented a critical breach of my client networks. Blackpoint adds a critical live protection layer to both Windows endpoints and Microsoft 365 environments. I have had BlackPoint call my company in the middle of the night to let me know they have stopped ransomware from running on a computer or stopped a hacker from getting into an O365 account when a client was out of the country on a business trip. Support is wicked fast, the fastest support team I have out of my vendors. The engineers are very helpful and full of advice for improvements.

The staff is extremely competent, patient, and diligent. I always get fast responses from them, and I love that if something is happening, they'll ensure it doesn't get very far. So far, they've nailed everything within a couple of minutes, while the attacker is still trying to figure out where they landed in the network, which is then followed up with a phone call from an alayst about the issue. I definitely sleep better at night!
