Blackpoint Cyber is a solid SOC solution that gives me peace of mind knowing that real people are watching over all of my endpoints. I am able to see notifications of events and the remediation action of the technician, which is great because I like to have visibility of what is going on. I am able to roll out endpoints with a script from my RMM which makes implementation very easy. Customer support is a phone call away, and I get straight to a tech when I call their SOC helpdesk. It integrates with my EDR seamlessly. All of my customers are there in one dashboard, which makes it easy to keep up on everything daily.
