We are confident that our client endpoints are protected against threat actors whcih helps us rest easy at night. The "Response" bundle is a game changer that has reduces our need to have multiple other vendors for things like Microsoft 365 security and more. Their US based SOC is ultra responsive when we have had laerts or questions and meets the needs for our clients who have compliance requirements that mandate an all US based support framework. The platform is easy to navigate, and onboarding a new tenant has been straightforward from the perspective of implementation. Integration with our other management platforms has also been a breeze. Alerts are well presented and are typically resolved before we access the portal. This results in less time wasted by our NOC techs, so our use of the portal is limited to only the time necessary to verify the findings of the SOC and run reports. The modest frequency of use means less time is spent trying to sort out the interface, and more time spent on client support. The content provided gives actionable information for all levels of our tech team reducing the amount of engineer time lost to other platforms cludgy interfaces. Reporting is robust and easy to digest. All in all - Blackpoint Cyber is exceptional.

On top of that, the price point and feature set are through the roof! Since starting, we've seen multiple new features like Cloud MDR and Machine Application Control get added to the stack without an increase to our agent pricing. We love when platforms continue to improve and add value without continuing to hound our MSP for price increases. Nothing but praise for BPC! The rollout and continued monitoring of the platform is also extremely easy to use and stay on top of.
