I love that everything for reviews is all in one place. The ease of messaging guests is great as well and looks just like a text thread would on your phone. When we reach out for support we have encountered really nice people that are genuinely trying to help.

Birdeye Works While Being Very Easy to Use

It's so nice to have all our reviews visible in one place to respond to. It makes it easy to stay on top of things and quickly respond to customer feedback. You don't feel like anything falls through the cracks. And it makes it so we can respond quickly. A great way to collect reviews.
