Excellent Store Customer Service Tool

The best reason to use the Birdeye platform is to streamline customer communications channel all into one inbox. Web chats, Facebook messages, texts and emails all come into one inbox with opportunities to answer in one place. Plus, satisfied customers are directed to give reviews and less than satisfied customers are guided to give direct feedback that stays off the Internet. Now with their new AI products, Birdeye gives us even more insight to how our locations compare to not only the competition, but to ourselves.
