Best In The Business

The ease of use for our reviews has been game changing. With a past company there was too much clicking for the clients which led them to not following through with the review. Since switching to Birdeye we have increased our 5 star reviews by 400%

Top-Notch Platform

It's centralized; it gives us a great overview of each location's customer experience and also the company as a whole. We have the ability to pull specific reviews using keyword searches, and use those reviews to congratulate teams or specific team members on specific things they're doing well. We are able to easily see areas needed fro improvement.
