One of My Favorite Platforms

|Birdeye
It's still early days, but I'm loving Birdeye. It's easy to set up and use, and enables us to create a review and approval process for our social posts without much fuss. I'm especially loving the swift notifications when we receive new Google reviews for our communities. This makes managing review responses so much easier.

Easy to use and navigate

I enjoy that everything is found in one spot. This makes it much easier to navigate to multiple areas. As a practice manager the ease or getting to an area and having it all in one location is extremely helpful! All of my encounters using Birdeye have been positive.

Great reputation manager! Easy to use!

I love that all of my reviews are located on one dashboard. I can easily respond to any reviews and the AI is very useful. I highly recommend Birdeye for business reputation manangement.
