The best thing about Birdeye for myself and my clients are the additional options it provides to us/our clients to request reviews from their customers and clients. Many times, I have been brought on by a client to assist them in gathering reviews because they have run out of ideas as to how to gather them from their customers. It can be difficult for people not familiar with marketing/advertising to have organic and creative ideas for garnering new reviews. Birdeye provides us with creative, custom ways to gather reviews. The many features allow each of our clients to customize every aspect of the request to best reach their clients and receive the maximum number of responses.

The best part about BirdEye is the ease of use, it's is amazing! Very easy to navigate plus the support I receive from BirdEye is always top notch. Pretty fast and efficient. And I really enjoy working with my account manager, if there is ever an issue he's on top of it! And I do appreciate that he brings ideas to me, or alerts me when there are new products.

It makes managing multiple platforms easier. It also helps manage reviews more easily.
