Great continuation of business - we know more about our residents and buildings now more than ever!!

Birdeye has been very helpful in bolstering my corporations social footprint on the local rental market. We have a better handle on our clientele and are now better equipped to service current residents with respect to maintenance, negative feedback, and property tours. We are able to better understand our tenant experience so we can provide better service going forward
