Top Notch Company and Employees

Excellent product and service. From the beginning of the process and throughout implementation with @Karan Malhotra, things have run very smoothly. The Birdeye team has set us up for success in many ways and responded quickly to any needs or issues. We have continued to have great follow-up to make sure things are running smoothly. While we have considered new products from Birdeye, we haven't added to our account yet.

BirdEye has significantly improved our ability to manage our 10+ locations across various sites.

The automatic sync with our HubSpot account, which allows us to hands-off manage review invitations. The tool is straight-forward to use, and responding to hundreds of reviews across multiple sites is extremely simple using their dashboard.
