Everyone has been incredibly responsive, ensuring a successful transition from our previous platform that we used for some time. What I like best about Birdeye is that is user-friendly and provides outstanding reporting tools, making it easier to track and act on reviews, surveys, and overall reputation and social management. As a senior living provider like us, online reputation and customer view points are critical to our success now and as we continue to build in the future.
