Birdeye is a top review management tool that helps us organize, manage and see results of all our reviews. The platform is easy to use and implement. Our multi location account includes customer support and performance review to ensure we are utilizing Birdeye to its full potential. We use Birdeye everyday to monitor reviews and interact with customers through web chat. We like Birdeye's core features and they are constantly developing new features that can help businesses improve and grow.

Our association with Birdeye has significantly contributed to our exceptional number of Google reviews for a single real estate agency in Australia - about 580 reviews at 4.9 stars. Not only we are extremely good at what we deliver to our clients and customers, now propective clients can discover this too.
