I love that you can have your inbox in one area to repond to reviews on multiple platforms like Google and Facebook! The integration of AI is an added bonus, as more and more people are working with AI its an added help to take some items of my plate!

Great Metrics

I particulary like the pre-close survey as it gives us insight into what the borrower is thinking well before closing. This gives us the time to address and improve the customer experience.
