Fantastic Resource

|Birdeye
It's simple to use, easy to navigate, and has everything you need with no clutter! Makes reputation management a breeze! I really like that I can answer reviews directly on the platform, and that I don't have to navigate away to do so. Our account manager has always been very responsive to any concerns we might have as well, which is a huge plus!
