Game Changer When Comes to Responding to Negative Reviews

The AI feature is a game changer. Often times it is hard to find the right words for a response to a negative review, the AI feature gives several options on how to respond. Anything that saves time and makes us more effiecient is a win in my book.

I love some of the features that only BirdEye has like the auto-publishing to our social channels

I love that it gives choices of where people can leave reviews, as we have a lot of customers that don't have a Google account, so I love that they can leave a review on FB or in the BirdEye app., which still gives us additional exposure online. Customer service has always been prompt and efficient. They offer lots of integrations, but I haven't utilized them.
