Birdeye has proven to be a great platform for our reviews. It is easy to use and seamlessly integrated with our support platform so that we can tag customers that we want to receive review emails. The support team is top notch, they follow up and even call you to update you on something you were waiting for. They are freindly and treat you with care like a friend. It was easy to set up with the support team guiding you. and we use the platform daily. It is great!
