I like that LabGuru is very user friendly. You are able to make the ELN unique for your lab and /or company. And LabGuru will grow with you; as you become a larger lab or are adding more unique things you most likely can find some tool in LabGuru that will allow you to be more successful in the ELN. They also take your opinions and suggestions into consideration to make the platform better as whole, which I think is great because you're not just a paying customer to them, they honestly want to make the ELN better for each scientist/lab that is using LabGuru.

For me the most valuable feature of the ELN is that nothing gets lost – I like it that it enables us to easily link an experiment with images, data files, protocols, and specimens. The project - folder - experiment hierarchy makes it simple and saves precious time when I want to access an old experiment. I also like the form elements tool, which in my eyes organizes well the protocols and results that are frequently used. The support team is interested in users' problems and suggestions and more than a few times these suggestions were assimilated into the product.

The Labguru ELN covers all the needed bases - we started from the comprehensive ELN that included a lot of features we needed for Biological research, then started using the inventory and stock modules when the company grew and these days we're starting to use the API access/capabilities to perform automation. They were very open regarding developments needed to better integrate the system within our company.
