As a Senior Instructional Designer, I was new to learning about Brainshark. I felt the information that was provided in regard to how the system functions and the new updates that have taken place within the Modern Authoring format were very easy to follow and understand. This is a great tool that anyone can learn to use to help create effective, engaging, and informative content. Whether it be a presentation or a training course, there are many features within the tool that can be utilized to create content and disburse to audiences quickly. It is very easy to implement and teach others, and for my role specifically I do envision I will be using this tool quite frequently. You can also export SCORM files to integrate in LMS' such as Workday Learning with ease. I do very much enjoy that when you edit the course or presentation in Brainshark, the SCORM file is updated in real time. Reducing the need to export a new SCORM file each time.

This tool helped up streamline our workflow of repetitive trainings due to high staff turnover. The tool is quite intuitive and easy to use.
